By accessing mobileappo.com or engaging MobileAppo Inc. for software design and mobile engineering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
All custom mobile application development, UI/UX design, and backend engineering engagements are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between MobileAppo Inc. and the client.
Upon receipt of full payment according to project milestone terms, 100% of custom source code, repositories, design tokens, graphics assets, and app store keys are transferred completely to the client with zero royalty or licensing requirements.
MobileAppo guarantees that custom code delivered under scope will operate without critical defects during the specified warranty or Care Plan period following App Store and Google Play deployment.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
